Members and athletes have a range of functionalities available to them:

• They can schedule classes or services, book drop-ins, check in to classes using a QR code or PIN, and view rules for class scheduling and WODs. They can also create workouts, log scores, download workout history, and access exercise videos and leader boards.
• They are able to consult box rankings by gender and age group, view personal records (PRs), and communicate feedback or suggestions directly to box managers via email.
• Members can create, customize, and save various timer types (Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP, For time, Stopwatch).
• They can stay informed about CrossFit competitions, races, challenges, workshops, and social events. Registration can be done individually or as part of a team, with the option to share participation on social media. Additionally, details such as heat schedules and athlete profiles are accessible for competitions.
• Engagement through challenges allows participants to earn medals based on achievements in the gym (e.g., attendance, fist bumps received and given, new PRs) and partake in monthly member selections and award ceremonies.
